We are Fiscally Sponsored by THE FIELD, a non-profit organization that serves independent performing artists on a completely non-exclusive basis. What is fiscal sponsorship? A fancy term for making A&P a tax deductible organizatdion in the eyes of the IRS. In short, The Field accepts money for us because they are tax exempt, and then sends the money to us! And you can deduct your gift to us from your taxes, neat huh!

Actors & Poets Group
is a non-profit acting company whose mission is to encourage
literacy by fostering interest and understanding of writers and poets.
Our strategy is to allow an author’s personality and essence to reveal
itself on stage through his or her own words. We seek to highlight
authors from various cultures and time periods. Authors we have
featured so far include John Berryman, Arthur Rimbaud and T.H.White. In
addition to our workshops at St. Veronica’s Church on Saturday and
Sunday afternoons, Actors & Poets also tours productions to schools
and libraries.
